A graduate of Trinity College Dublin (2018), we are delighted to welcome Arrah Valenzona, a Chartered Physiotherapist to IONA Physiotherapy. Arrah has a wide breadth of experience in all aspects of physiotherapy including Musculoskeletal Conditions, orthopaedics and more recently in those with “Long Covid.”
She brings her skills as a physiotherapist and her training at the National Training Center in Pilates Matwork together, to deliver effective Clinical Pilates programmes for her patients.
A warm and natural communicator from an early age, Arrah was headgirl at our Lady of Mercy College, Beaumont (2013-2014.) In her spare time she enjoys singing, hiking and Pilates!
