Our excellent Pilates Instructor, Lizzie Buckley, is a graduate of RCSI (2023), where she received a first-class honours degree and a clinical distinction award. She is a Chartered Physiotherapist and registered with CORU. Throughout her college education she gained experience in many fields of physiotherapy including MSK outpatients, orthopaedics.
She brings her skills as a physiotherapist (and her training at the Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute in Matwork Pilates) to deliver an effective Clinical Pilates Programme for her patients.
Lizzie has enjoyed caring and helping others from a young age, volunteering and fundraising for LauraLynn.
Lizzie was the sports representative of the student union and was the RCSI representative on the ISCP student council.
She has always been involved in sports and enjoys rowing, long distance running and yoga.
